This role is responsible for driving revenue growth across NHS and private hospital accounts, developing new opportunities, and strengthening long-term partnerships within the unlicensed and named-patient supply space.
Key responsibilities Develop and execute a UK-wide sales strategy for unlicensed medicines Build and manage relationships with hospital pharmacy teams, procurement, and key clinical stakeholders Identify and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts Work closely with internal procurement, quality, and operations teams to ensure compliant service delivery Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting discipline Represent the business professionally within the UK healthcare market Ideal background Proven B2B sales experience within unlicensed medicines or specialist pharmaceutical supply Strong track record selling into NHS and/or private hospitals Commercially xjlbheb driven with the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments Comfortable operating in a field-based, UK-wide role Strong understanding of compliance, governance, and service-led sales Package £60,000 £65,000 base salary Performance-related bonus 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays UK-wide, autonomous role with strong growth potential
