360° Education Recruitment Consultant (Dual Desk) Location: Brighton (Office-based with some flexibility) Salary: Up to £30K Uncapped Commission Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (School holidays: only 5 hours/day!) Responsibilities Build strong relationships with schools and education professionals Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, vetting, interviewing, and placing candidates Generate new business through proactive sales and outreach Match candidates to roles that suit their skills and goals Stay on top of compliance—with support from an offshore admin & vetting team Achieve personal targets and KPIs while delivering excellent service What’s on Offer Up to £30K base (depending on experience) Uncapped individual commission 30 days annual leave bank holidays Shorter working days during school holidays (5 hours/day!)
