Bookkeeper / Finance Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bookkeeper / Finance Assistant to join a growing Shared Services team within a successful £800m division. This role offers excellent exposure across finance operations, opportunities to develop your skills, and the chance to be part of a business investing heavily in growth, systems, and people.
Key Responsibilities
* Process purchase invoices, supplier payments, and expenses.
* Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
* Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
* Assist with month-end processes, journals, and reporting.
* Resolve supplier and internal finance queries.
* Maintain accurate financial records and support process improvements.
About You
* Previous experience in a bookkeeping, accounts, or finance assistant role.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Good working knowledge of Excel and finance systems.
* Proactive, positive, and keen to develop within a growing finance team.
* AAT qualified/studying (desirable).
