As an Associate Director in Dams and Reservoirs, you will play a vital role in dams and reservoir engineering for transformational programmes supporting critical UK infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic projects at home and abroad.
We specialise in all aspects of dams and reservoir engineering across sectors like Water, Aviation, Energy, and Cities & Development. We deliver industry-leading engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, including client-side support and construction phases. We currently have opportunities in Bristol.
Your Purpose:
* Lead and oversee technical design teams following relevant standards and quality levels.
* Define project briefs, scopes, and contribute to bid proposals.
* Manage time and budgets to meet project milestones.
* Collaborate with UK and international teams to deliver integrated designs.
* Establish quality assurance standards in design.
* Develop and manage dams and reservoirs engineering capabilities within the practice.
What you can bring:
* Chartered Civil Engineer.
* Current or aspiring Reservoir Supervising Engineer.
* Experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary projects.
* Knowledge of hydraulic and geotechnical engineering related to dams and reservoirs.
* In-depth understanding of UK design standards, including the Reservoirs Act.
