We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. The role is a permanent, full time position working Monday to Friday 08.00 - 17.00. An overview of the role responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain visitor logs and issue passes where required Control security barriers & turnstiles for head office Providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support to Finance Department (Input invoices /Check supplier statements / Check and respond to overdue account letters) Distribute stationery orders Fire Marshall Candidates should have excellent customer service experience along with strong administration skills. Good communication skills are key with the ability to be professional and adaptable. Successful candidates should have demonstrable experience of processing invoices Switchboard experience would be beneficial.
