Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator (Temporary)
Location: Horsham, West Sussex
Times: Monday to Friday
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Temporary
Driving Licence Required: Yes – Full UK licence and own vehicle essential
Key Duties
* Processing customer orders
* Preparing quotes and sales documents
* Answering customer enquiries by phone and email
* Updating customer records and CRM systems
* Tracking orders and liaising with other departments
* Supporting the sales team with general admin tasks
* Maintaining accurate records and spreadsheets
What We’re Looking For
* Previous admin or office experience (sales support experience preferred)
* Good attention to detail
* Confident communication skills
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office
* Able to manage workload and meet deadlines
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
* Available to start immediately
