Duties
* Assisting the Centre Manager in the daily operation of the depot
* Contributing to the achievement of centre targets and KPIs
* Overseeing stock maintenance and control
* Enforcing company policies and procedures
* Providing excellent customer service
* Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations
* Maintaining accurate documentation and records
Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar management position within the automotive industry
* Strong understanding of car technology and workshop operations
* Ability to achieve sales targets whilst maintaining high standards of customer service
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Motivation and ability to coach and mentor a team effectively
* Driving licence
If you possess the necessary skills such as Workshop Controller experience, Master Technician knowledge, Fast Fit Branch Manager background, or Assistant Service Manager expertise.
