Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Human Resources department to support the HR Manager, through the development of internal systems and processes and support the ongoing growth of the Corporate Trade Supplies (CTS).

The purpose of the role is to provide comprehensive day-to-day HR activities in a fast-paced, growing business, ensuring high-quality and consistency. The post holder will ensure HR processes are delivered accurately, efficiently and aligned to organisational policies, legislation and best practice.

The role is for an initial 6 months, with the potential of a permanent role.


Responsibilities

* Compile all payroll information, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met
* Coordinate all advertising (internal & external)
* Complete all recruitment processes, whilst providing a positive candidate experience
* Set up and complete all employee inductions, as and when required
* All HR administration tasks; from advertising to onboarding and throughout an employee’s lifecycle
* Answer general queries and offer guidance for all stakeholders
* Organise and support meetings, taking accurate records, as & when required.
* Communicate and work collaboratively and effectively with the HR Manager and across departments.
* Share issues arising, encourage continuous improvements and contribute to the overall smooth running of the business.


Experience

* Previous HR admin/coordinator experience and working as part of a team
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Able to work to deadlines and at pace
* GDPR compliant and adhere to strict confidentiality
* Able to create and maintain a positive rapport with all stakeholders
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* CIPD qualified or working towards
* Experience of working in scale-up HR department
* Full/ clean driving license for occasional travel
