As an Outside Sales Representative at Groundworks, you are a key driver of our success and the face of our industry-leading brand.

In this consultative, in-home sales role, you will meet directly with homeowners to assess their needs, perform detailed inspections, and design customized foundation repair and water management solutions using our proven systems and services.

Unleash Your Potential

1. Full-Time, W-2 position
2. Manage and grow your sales territory
3. Uncapped earning potential – Avg. $100-150k
4. Top performers exceeded average earnings – $200-600k
5. Training pay $750 p/week
6. Company-generated leads – no cold calling required

8. Self-generation training: clover, trade shows, lunch and learns, networking

What You’ll Do

12. Travel remotely within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections
13. Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business
14. Diagnose and educate homeowners on the issues they have in their home and provide solution options
15. Estimate the repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals
16. Close sales with customers in the home
17. Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline
18. Report to home branch for Sales team initiatives and meetings

What You Bring

19. Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer satisfaction
20. 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required
21. Experience in a commission, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus
22. Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus
