Job Responsibilities: Welcome customers, take their orders, and accurately process cash and credit transaction with a friendly demeanor. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Prepare ingredients and assemble items for cooking, operating kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, ovens) to cook menu items in line with company standards and recipes. Ensure all food items are prepared and served to the highest quality standards, tasting and adjusting seasoning as needed. Keep work areas clean and organized, including proper food storage and cleaning of kitchen equipment. Assist with inventory management by receiving and organizing stock while checking for freshness and proper rotation. Work effectively with colleagues to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment and comply with health regulations.
