As a Complex Care Trainer, you will:
* Deliver face-to-face training sessions for carers and nurses at the South East London hub and regional locations.
* Cover clinical topics including tracheostomy care, ventilation, PEG feeding, medication, epilepsy, and safeguarding.
* Assess clinical competencies to ensure staff are confident, safe, and ready for the field.
* Support the induction of new care teams through structured, compliant training pathways.
* Maintain training records, track competency renewals, and report on staff progress.
* Collaborate with Learning & Development to improve content and delivery methods.

For the Complex Care Trainer role, the ideal candidate will have:
* A teaching qualification (Level 3 Award in Education & Training, PTLLS or equivalent).

* Knowledge of complex care procedures such as ventilation, tracheostomy, and enteral feeding.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Willingness to travel nationwide with occasional overnight stays.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
