Store Manager - Horsham

About You
The most important aspect of this job is to have the ability to confidently create and lead a happy, engaged and motivated team
As a Store Manager, you will preferably have at least two years of store management experience, an excellent work ethic and a positive attitude, creating a welcoming environment for our customers and ensuring the smooth running of your store.
Responsibilities
* Ensure our outstanding Customer Service Standards are maintained
* Take responsibility for reaching set financial targets and KPI's without pressure selling
* Adhere to and follow our policies and procedures
* Ensure all rotas and administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner
* Maintain excellent product presentation and knowledge in line with our company standards
* Follow good housekeeping principles by ensuring the store and staff areas are clean and tidy at all times
* Attend and participate in all management training sessions
* Maintain Health & Safety checks and compliance
* Follow all security measures as a keyholder
