Job Description and Responsibilities
* Analyze financial information obtained from clients to determine strategies, products and services to help clients meet their financial objectives to create a personalized financial strategy
* Provide knowledgeable, objective financial guidance and customized holistic financial strategies to consumer segments beyond insurance
* Assist clients in gathering information such as bank account records, income tax returns, life and disability insurance records, retirement plan information, and wills, and create necessary reports
* Facilitate collaboration with tax professionals
* Identify and target B2B sales opportunities in order to provide business valuation assessment and recommended succession and financial strategies

* Team player who possesses excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities, with a high degree of self-confidence
* Ability to draw upon past/present experiences and acquaintances to develop markets and build upon them to sustain long-term relationships
* Must be authorized to work in the United States
* A four-year college degree or strong background in business, marketing, communications or sales
* Relevant State life and health licenses, FINRA Series 65 or 7 and 66 registrations will need to be obtained
* Virtually unlimited earning potential — base commission plus production bonus
