We are recruiting for an experienced Manufacturing Manager for a utilities company in Norfolk.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate Mechanical & Electrical production teams.
* Plan and manage resources, materials, and schedules to meet project deadlines.
* Champion Health, Safety & Environmental compliance.
* Implement continuous improvement and lean practices.
* Develop departmental plans, metrics, and staff training.
* Drive quality improvements with a “right first time” approach.
* Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and resolve issues proactively.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience in a customer-focused production environment.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical manufacturing processes.
* Excellent planning, leadership, and communication skills.
* Proven Health & Safety awareness and IT proficiency.
