Learning Support Assistant Location: Middlesbrough Type: Full Time, Permanent (Term Time Only) Salary: Up to £20,628 The Learning Support Assistant will report directly to a SEN Team Leader to deliver high-quality learning support, ensuring all aspects of the students’ support requirements are met during their time in education. Your role will involve assisting in classroom activities, supporting individual learning plans, and fostering an inclusive environment for students with diverse needs. Ideal candidates will have experience in supporting learners with disabilities or additional needs, excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for education.
