Key responsibilities:
We’re looking for confident,adaptable individuals excited to be part of something new. You’ll receive full training to help you settle into the Maki & Ramen way and lead with confidence from day one.
* Supervise daily floor operations to ensure smooth service.
* Coordinate front-of-house staff,including servers,hosts,and bussers.
* Monitor table turnover,reservations,and guest flow to maintain efficiency.
* Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally.
* Support,train,and motivate staff to deliver consistent performance.
* Ensure adherence to health,safety,and sanitation regulations.
* Assist in inventory tracking,staff scheduling,and shift planning.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Delegation and coordination of tasks during busy shifts
* Strong time management and multitasking abilities
* 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role (e.g.,head server,shift leader)
* Familiarity with basic reporting (e.g.,shift logs,incident reports)
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service
