Pay rate: £95-£115 Per day (Depending on experience)

Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time
Are you a supportive and motivated Teaching Assistant who enjoys helping pupils succeed in the classroom?
Schools in Sunderland and GSL Education are searching for a motivated Teaching Assistant (TA) to provide classroom support across a range of year groups.
As Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support learning activities, help pupils stay engaged, and contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
Key Duties:
* Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
* Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning.
* Help maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment.
* Support pupils with varying learning needs.
* Encourage positive behaviour and participation.
Essential Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* A patient, adaptable, and supportive approach.
* Strong understanding of safeguarding practices.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
