This is a senior role with full responsibility for delivering operational excellence, driving safety culture, and ensuring the plant meets contractual and financial targets.
The Role
Full accountability for site operations, maintenance, and overall performance
Lead a strong safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all HSE and environmental regulations
Deliver plant KPIs including availability, efficiency, and output targets
Own site P&L, budgets, and financial performance
Lead, develop, and manage a multidisciplinary operations and maintenance team
Oversee outage planning, execution, and recovery from unplanned shutdowns
Manage key stakeholder relationships including regulators, contractors, and internal functions
Drive continuous improvement across plant performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
What Theyre Looking For
Senior leadership experience within power generation, EfW, or process plant environments
Strong track record managing plant performance and delivering against KPIs
Experience owning budgets and financial performance
Strong knowledge of HSE, xsngvjr environmental compliance, and permit conditions
Engineering background or equivalent operational experience - Qualification is essential
Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
