The Opportunity We are seeking a visionary and commercially driven Client Engagement to lead our flagship loyalty programme – the Chairman’s Club to service our current database and attract new customers, designed exclusively for Ultra-High-Net-Worth Clients (UHNWCs). This is a strategic leadership role focused on elevating client engagement, driving revenue growth, offering exemplary service and delivering a world-class luxury experience. You will be the face of the Chairman’s Club, building trusted relationships with elite clients, collaborating with our internal team of top-performing Sales Consultants, liaising with luxury suppliers and curating exclusive experiences that set Elegant Resorts apart in the ultra-luxury travel space. Key Responsibilities Sales & Strategy Lead the evolution of the Chairman’s Club to maximise revenue, conversion, and client retention. Collaborate with Sales Consultants to support high-value enquiry conversion. Analyse performance data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and deliver of targets. Align programme strategy with wider commercial objectives and KPIs. Deliver strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Client Experience & Relationship Management Serve as the primary contact for UHNW clients, fostering long-term, trusted relationships. Anticipate and respond to individual client preferences with tailored, seamless service. Represent Elegant Resorts at luxury events and experiences, both domestically and internationally. Deliver moments of surprise and delight that exceed client expectations. Operational Excellence & Supplier Partnerships Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury suppliers, DMCs, hoteliers, and lifestyle partners. Curate and co-host exclusive Chairman’s Club events and experiences. Ensure all client interactions and bookings reflect the highest standards of service. Negotiate exclusive value-adds and experiences that differentiate the programme. Cross-Functional Collaboration Champion the Chairman’s Club ethos across departments. Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment and innovation at every customer touchpoint. Support internal initiatives with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach. About You Experience & Skills Proven background in luxury travel, sales leadership ideally within a fast based contact centre enviroment, or high-end client services. Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset. Deep understanding of UHNW client expectations and luxury travel trends. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
