Change Project Manager
Location: Warwick (Hybrid, 2 days in the office per week)
Contract Length: 6 Months

What You'll Do:
As a Change Project Manager, you will be at the helm of transformative projects, guiding them from initiation to successful implementation. Your key responsibilities will include:
Project Delivery: Plan and manage transformation projects, ensuring adherence to scope, time, and budget.
Target Operating Model Design: Collaborate on the design and implementation of Target Operating Models, aligning with strategic and regulatory goals.
Change Management: Develop and execute effective change management strategies, focusing on stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across various business units to gain buy-in for transformation initiatives.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery and adoption.
Benefits Realization: Define and track KPIs to measure success and ensure the realization of benefits post-implementation.
Governance & Reporting: Maintain robust governance practices and report progress to senior leadership.
Culture & Capability Building: Drive cultural change and develop capabilities to embed new ways of working throughout the organization.
What You Bring:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
Experience: Proven experience in project and change management, ideally in large-scale transformation programs.
Target Operating Model Expertise: Proven experience in designing and implementing TOMs.
Methodology Knowledge: Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile) and change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
Stakeholder Skills: Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence at senior levels.
Analytical Mind: Skilled in benefits realization, risk management, and governance practices.
Technical Acumen: Familiarity with digital transformation, process redesign, and technology enablement.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership abilities.
Certifications: Programme or Project Management certification (e.g., MSP, PMP) and Change Management certification are desirable.
