Salary: £60,000 - 65,000 per year Requirements:

* Essential experience in an Azure environment.
* Commercial experience with Azure security tools, specifically Defender and Sentinel.
* Proven experience in a security-focused role, ideally across areas such as security operations, vulnerability management, security assurance, risk management, or project consultancy.
* A clear enthusiasm for cybersecurity, with a proactive attitude and a desire to learn.
* Solid understanding of risk assessment frameworks and methodologies.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical issues for non-technical audiences.
* A detail-oriented, self-starting mindset combined with a strong customer service focus.
Responsibilities:
* As an Azure Cyber Security Analyst, you will be part of a collaborative and multi-disciplinary security team that operates across various functions including operations, assurance, and governance. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Driving the use of Azure Cloud-based security tools such as Defender and Sentinel.
* Configuring and managing alerts through Defender.
* Conducting first and second line security operations, including vulnerability management.
* Investigating and responding to security incidents.
* Ensuring that our policies and procedures are aligned with industry best practices.
* Promoting security awareness and education throughout the organization, particularly regarding Cloud security best practices.
* Mentoring junior analysts and supporting team leadership initiatives.
