Sharp Consultancy are currently seeking a proactive and organised Finance Administrator to join a busy finance team in Bradford on a short-term basis. The role will be for 2 weeks initially with the possibility of being extended. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced finance environment and can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintaining and updating the cashbook, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliations.

* Managing and triaging the accounts inbox, responding to queries and directing where appropriate.

* Supporting the wider team by responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.

* Assisting with purchase ledger (PL) queries, helping resolve issues efficiently.

* Answering incoming calls and providing general finance support.

About You:

* Previous experience in a finance admin / accounts role.

* Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.

* Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.

* Ability to manage a high volume of queries and prioritise workload.

* Comfortable using finance systems, experience of Sage would be desirable and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

* A team player who is adaptable and willing to help where needed.
