Applications are invited for the post of Clinical Fellow Higher (ST3-5) in Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, to commence from 06 August 2025 to 04 August 2026.
Job Overview
We seek an ambitious individual aiming to progress as a future Obstetrician and/or Gynaecologist. This post serves as a stepping stone, providing training to doctors with some experience in the specialty who are able to act independently at a Registrar level.
Responsibilities
1. Involvement in postgraduate training of Senior House Officers and undergraduate medical students at the University of Cambridge.
2. Contribute to service improvement projects and audits within the department.
3. Participate in on-call duties on the Middle Grade Rota, supported by Senior House Officers, a Resident Senior Registrar, and separate on-call Consultants for Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Minimum of two years' experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
* Experience on an Obstetrics & Gynaecology on-call rota.
* MRCOG Part 1 required.
* Full GMC registration and Licence to Practice at the time of application.
* Proficiency in English communication skills; non-UK applicants must have IELTS/OET scores.

* Criminal record certificates from each country of residence in the past 10 years are required for visa applicants.
