Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative assistance to the Mental Health Management team.
* Prepare, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, and meeting documentation.
* Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and organise meetings as required.
* Maintain accurate records and filing systems (both paper and electronic).
* Handle telephone and email enquiries in a professional and confidential manner.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring sensitive and confidential information is managed appropriately.
* Undertake any other administrative duties as directed by line management.
Essential Criteria
* A minimum of 4 GCSEs (Grade A–C) or equivalent, including English Language.
* Previous experience working in an administrative or secretarial environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Additional Information
* This position involves handling sensitive and confidential material relating to Mental Health Services.
* The post is temporary for an initial period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension depending on service needs.
