The Role
Full ownership of kitchen operations, menu execution, and quality control
Lead, mentor, and manage a 40:strong brigade
Oversee financials, ordering, stock, and wastage
Drive consistency for a discerning City clientele

Commercial and operational rigour
London:based or immediate relocation
Open kitchen/Josper experience highly desirable
