We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Co-ordinator to support a busy marketing function within a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in marketing operations and coordination. You’ll play a key role in keeping campaigns, content, events, and marketing activity organised, on track, and delivered on time.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator include:
* Coordinating marketing campaigns, timelines, approvals, and delivery schedules
* Managing marketing trackers, action logs, and workflow processes
* Supporting internal communications, newsletters, and content publishing
* Assisting with events, conferences, employee off-sites, and All-Hands meetings
* Supporting supplier administration, purchase orders, and invoice tracking
* Maintaining organised documentation and version control across SharePoint and marketing systems
* Helping the team prioritise workloads and keep projects moving efficiently
* Supporting quarterly planning and reporting activities
The successful Marketing Coordinator will have:
* Strong organisational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Confident communicator who enjoys working with different teams and stakeholders
* Comfortable using tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Monday.com or similar workflow platforms
* Interest in marketing, communications, or brand operations
* Previous experience in a marketing support, coordination, administration role, or managing multiple deadlines in education or early career environments
