. To accelerate our growth in the UK market, we are looking for a
results-driven freelance Business Development Executive
who can generate leads, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the
UK B2B services market
(focus on ERP, IT solutions, and digital services).
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, decision-makers, and partners.
* Research target industries, identify key stakeholders, and develop outreach strategies.
* Generate qualified leads via email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
* Collaborate with the delivery team to understand client requirements and prepare proposals.
* Meet agreed KPIs and targets related to lead generation, meetings booked, and deals closed.
* Provide regular updates and reports on sales pipeline and market insights.
Requirements
* Proven experience in
Business Development / Sales
in IT services, SaaS, or ERP (preferably Odoo ERP).
* Strong understanding of the UK business landscape and ability to connect with decision-makers.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Comfortable working on a
freelance/commission-based model
.
* Previous experience in generating leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email, or networking is a strong plus.
