Job Summary
As a Shift Manager in our hospitality establishment, you will oversee the daily operations during your designated shift, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflow.
Duties
* Help with the general running of the Health Club and Spa.
* Answer calls, respond to emails and assist with general enquiries.
* Cover the Health Club reception.
* Take over the phone spa booking for individual treatments and packages.
* Help with Spa Reservations.
* Have knowledge on social media, posting and creating posts on Instagram, Facebook, threads, tiktok and X.
* Be able to use Canva and other creative sites.
Experience

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
