Lisini Pub Co is a highly regarded, established family run business with over 50 years’ experience of absolute excellence in hospitality.
What Your Role will involve:
* Working within the team to deliver excellent product quality.
* Ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
* Day to day running of a different section for up to 150 covers daily.
* Closely following the menu specifications to ensure consistency of dishes.
* Supervise junior members of the team.
* Put forward any exciting ideas that may be implemented in increasing efficiency of the kitchen.
* Contributing to the control of food costs.
* Ensuring excellent Environmental Health and Food Hygiene standards are maintained.
