Role and Responsibilities
* Develop and grow new business pipelines within your region
* Identify, meet, and onboard new agents
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing agents
* Represent the brand with professionalism and high standards.
* Manage key accounts and support ongoing agent needs
* Ensure compliance requirements are met, including conducting site visits
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, compliance, operations, and finance) to align sales strategies
* Travel across the region to meet agents and explore new opportunities
* Conduct market research to identify trends, gaps, and growth areas
* Deliver training and support to agents where required
* Monitor competitor activity and market developments
* Prepare and present sales reports and performance updates
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Follow up on outstanding balances and maintain healthy account status
* Prepare and deliver effective sales proposals and presentations
Job Requirements
* Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets
* Able to work independently as well as part of a team
* Energetic, proactive, and commercially minded
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Fluent in Bengali and English (spoken and written)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Highly organised with good time management skills
* Quick learner with a positive, can-do attitude
* Confident in working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Holds a valid UK driving license
* Willing to travel extensively within the region
