BDS are currently recruiting for a Supported Housing Co-ordinator based in the Stone area of Staffordshire.
Main duties
• Speaking with the residents daily
• Signposting information on other services, in and around the area.
• Checking the property for any repairs and reporting these as required,
• Overseeing the service to ensure the smooth running.
• Involving the residents in activities within the service
• Health and safety checks and fire alarm panel checks,
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of IT and systems and previous experience in sheltered or supported housing.
This is a temporary ongoing role to start asap
Hours; 18 per week - Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Payrate; GBP15.49 PAYE or GBP18.59 UMBRELLA
The successful candidate will be required to have a full Enhanced DBS Certificate.
