The Role Reporting into the Assistant Director for People and Transformation, your key responsibilities will include: • Applying a structured methodology such as Kotter's 8-Step Change Model, the ADKAR Model, the McKinsey 7-S Model or the Bridges Transition Model to lead and support all transformational change activities across the organisation. • Developing and delivering an investment pipeline of transformational projects with programmes that further the organisations ability to deliver outcomes through a thriving and resilient culture. • Take a cross organisational view that identifies and considers interdependencies and impacts across the organisation with a focus on smarter working practices. • Work closely with the Head of People and Organisational Development to deliver initiatives that enable services to meet the organisation’s growth ambitions and strategic outcomes. • Lead the Transformation team by setting and aligning objectives and outcomes, ensuring the team’s structure and capabilities are optimally aligned to deliver the Combined Authority’s corporate priorities and mission-led goals. About You You will have the following key skills, attributes, education and experience: • Educated to degree/postgraduate qualification level with supporting management training and/or relevant practicable experience. Ideally, this will be in Change Management, BusinessTransformation, Digital Transformation or Organisational Development. • Demonstrable experience managing multiple senior stakeholder relationships and successfully delivering end-to-end projects. • Strong management experience, with a track record of leading teams or functions and providing strategic direction and insight. • Practical knowledge and application of change management methodologies. • Demonstrable success in delivering organisational transformational change, ideally within the Public Sector.
