A forward-thinking and community-based secondary school in Salisbury is looking to appoint a Music Teacher from September. The department is small but passionate, and music is embedded across the school culture with regular showcases, concerts, and cross-arts collaborations.
This role offers the chance to deliver Music across KS3–KS4, with responsibility for running choirs, ensembles, and developing new performance opportunities for students. A background in music production or musical theatre would be an advantage, though not essential.
You’ll join a supportive and creative arts team that values inclusive education, student expression, and extracurricular engagement.
Experience and Qualifications
• Music degree with QTS
• Experience teaching classroom music at KS3/KS4
• Ability to lead ensembles, productions, or music clubs
• Skilled performer or accompanist desirable
• Right to work in the UK
