Duties
* Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
* Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment while promoting professional development.
* Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to guarantee quality and adherence to safety standards.
* Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure efficient operations.
* Implement and uphold food safety regulations, ensuring compliance with health codes.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for complete satisfaction.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menus that reflect seasonal offerings and customer preferences.
* Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
Experience
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar supervisory position.
* Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques.
* Background in hospitality with excellent customer service skills.
* Experience in team management and leadership within a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
* Previous experience in barista services or hotel management is advantageous but not essential.
