About the Company
Jayco Recruitment is looking for a strategic and relentless Business Development Manager to spearhead our next phase of growth. We are already a powerhouse in the Industrial and Logistics sectors, but we aren’t stopping there. We need a hunter who can secure high-volume accounts in our core markets while identifying and penetrating brand-new sectors and product lines.
About the Role
This isn’t a "desk job." You will be the face of Jayco Recruitment, out in the field and on the phone, building a pipeline from scratch and converting prospects into long-term partners.
Responsibilities
1. New Business Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and win new clients within the Industrial and Logistics space (Warehousing, Manufacturing, Distribution, etc.).
2. Market Expansion: Conduct market research to identify "blue ocean" opportunities—leading our entry into new sectors (e.g., Tech, Healthcare, or Professional Services) and launching new recruitment products.
3. Strategic Onboarding: Work closely with our delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from "signed contract" to "successfully filled roles."
