Project & Programme Manager
Location: Windsor (2 days per month required in the office)
Pay Rate: A highly competitive Umbrella Day Rate or Salary is available for suitable candidates

Our client is seeking a talented Project & Programme Manager to lead an impactful ESG programme that spans across various core functions, stakeholders, and business units. This role is perfect for someone with a strong business acumen and a knack for effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and co-ordinate activities from project inception to close down.
Translate business requirements into actionable plans and ensure business cases are updated.
Manage project delivery to align with strategic goals while adhering to cost, time, and quality parameters.
Monitor and report on all project and programme attributes for continuous improvement.
Define and implement effective business processes as needed.
Undertake stakeholder management to keep individuals informed about responsibilities and progress.
Lead project/programme teams and manage external suppliers when necessary.What We're Looking For:
Experience: Experience delivering large projects within a structured project delivery life cycle.
Methodologies: Familiarity with PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall, or similar project methodologies.
Skills: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem resolution skills.
Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal abilities to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Team Leadership: Proven track record of building effective working relationships and motivating teams to achieve shared goals.
Commercial Awareness: A customer-first mindset with a history of prioritising the customer in decision-making processes.Key Competencies:
Very strong stakeholder management skills are essential
Experience working in a complex matrix organisation.
Agile mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and varying stakeholder levels.
Proactive and self-motivated, capable of uniting a team around a common objective.
Strong planning skills and the ability to think beyond current initiatives for broader change success.
