Overview
We're looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to lead our team in Yeovil. This is a key role where you'll be responsible for workshop efficiency, supervising service work, and ensuring high standards of health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Manage workshop efficiency and daily job throughput
Schedule, prioritise and supervise all service work
Order parts as required and manage warranty processes
Train and develop apprentices
Ensure workshop cleanliness and health & safety compliance
Maintain accurate job cards and documentation
What You'll Need
Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or similar role
Strong understanding of workshop operations and processes
Experience with warranty and R&M procedures
Ability to train and develop team members
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Health and safety awareness
