Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and possess strong communication skills. Prior experience is not essential, as training will be provided.
Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
* Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
* Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
* Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a secure working environment
* Assist with specialised cleaning tasks as required, including carpet or window cleaning
* Manage waste disposal in accordance with company policies
Qualifications
* Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional attitude
* Driving licence is desirable but not essential; willingness to travel between sites is advantageous
* Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided
