The Opportunity

We are seeking a Co-Founder to lead DhruvR Limited UK (already registered). This is a ground-floor opportunity to take the helm of an established legal entity and build a transformative technology company from the ground up.

This role combines:

* Strategic leadership and business development for a registered UK company
* Potential investment opportunity (optional but welcomed)
* Equity partnership in a high-growth potential startup with deferred compensation until product launch/funding

What You'll Build

As Co-Founder of DhruvR Limited UK, you will:

* Lead UK Operations: Take operational control of the registered UK entity and establish market presence from the ground up
* Drive Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute launch strategy for our VR immersive design platform and AI workflow management software
* Business Development & Sales: Identify early adopters, pilot clients, and strategic partnerships with architectural firms, construction companies, and educational institutions
* Secure Funding: Lead fundraising efforts including grants (Innovate UK, UKRI), angel investors, and VC partnerships to fund operations and your compensation
* Build Strategic Network: Leverage and expand connections in UK construction, architecture, PropTech, and innovation ecosystems
* Product-Market Fit: Collaborate with India-based development team to refine product for UK market requirements and regulations (BIM compliance, UK building standards)
* Team Building: Recruit and lead UK-based team as the company scales and funding is secured
* Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations, financial planning, compliance, and company governance

Optional Investment Opportunity: Co-founders with ability to invest will receive enhanced equity stake and accelerated decision-making authority.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

UK Immigration Status

* MUST have UK Settled Status, Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR), or British Citizenship - This is a mandatory requirement for company registration and operations

Entrepreneurial Experience

* 8+ years of professional experience in technology, construction, architecture, PropTech, or startup environments
* Previous startup experience strongly preferred (founder, early employee, or similar)
* Demonstrated ability to build from zero with resourcefulness and resilience
* Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and startup challenges

Industry Knowledge

* Understanding of UK construction and architecture sectors
* Familiarity with UK construction technology landscape, BIM requirements, and industry pain points
* Knowledge of UK business setup, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance

Business Development Skills

* Proven track record in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development
* Ability to identify, pitch, and close early-stage clients and pilot projects
* Experience navigating enterprise sales cycles

Network & Connections (Highly Valued)

* Existing relationships in UK architecture, construction, PropTech, or innovation sectors
* Connections with potential pilot clients, industry associations, or innovation hubs
* Access to investor networks, accelerators, or funding ecosystems

Desired Qualities

* Strategic & Commercial Mindset: Ability to develop business models, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans
* Technical Literacy: Basic understanding of VR/AR/AI technologies and software products (coding skills not required)
* Fundraising Experience: Track record securing investment, grants, or working with VCs/angels
* Leadership: Ability to inspire, build teams, and drive execution
* Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, uncertain startup environment
* Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Investment Capacity (Optional)

We welcome co-founders who can contribute financially to accelerate growth:

* Investment range: £50,000 - £100,000+ (flexible based on circumstances)
* Investment translates to enhanced equity stake and board representation
* Not mandatory—the right partner with networks and expertise is most valuable
