Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Applicants must hold QTS and have experience teaching in a primary school setting.
* Experience: Proven experience in planning and delivering the primary curriculum effectively. Experience in KS1 or KS2 is highly desirable.
* Strong Pedagogical Knowledge: A deep understanding of current educational practices, child development, and effective teaching strategies.
* Classroom Management Skills: Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
