We’re currently working with an organisation that is looking to bring on a Senior Automation Engineer to support their Automation Tools team.
What you’ll be doing:
* Designing, deploying, and maintaining automation frameworks
* Building automation solutions using IaC, Python, and Bash
* Working with tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, GitLab, Vault, and Foreman
* Integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines
* Troubleshooting infrastructure issues and improving system stability
* Collaborating with Engineering, DevOps, and IT teams
* Supporting system availability through on‑call participation
What we’re looking for:
* Strong experience in infrastructure automation and configuration management
* Proven background working with large‑scale Linux environments
* Solid understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices
* Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar)
* Experience across hybrid environments (on‑prem + AWS / Azure / GCP)
Nice to have:
* Experience in multi‑cluster or large‑scale environments
* Exposure to AI‑enabled development tools
* Certifications or Agile/Scrum experience
