This is an exciting opportunity to join our school. In return, we offer a stimulating, supporting, and rewarding working environment, where all staff are valued and where you will have the opportunity to access a range of excellent professional opportunities to support your progression. We understand the importance of work-life balance and will give due consideration to requests for flexible working.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, positive and committed person to join our highly regarded support team working within our SEN Department supporting students within the mainstream school. As part of our recruitment package we are happy to support staff who may wish to progress by providing suitable candidates with the opportunity to undertake an HLTA qualification, funded by the school, on completion of six months service. Applicants must be able to work collaboratively and have some prior experience of working with children or young adults. Experience of working with young people with SEN and/or physical disabilities would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
