The BDM - Bridging Opportunity
As Business Development Manager, you’ll be the face of the lender in the North. Your focus? Driving new business, building strong introducer relationships, and getting high-quality deals over the line. This is a hands-on, high-reward sales role where your performance directly fuels company growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Win new business through brokers, IFAs, accountants, solicitors, and property professionals.
* Build, nurture, and own introducer relationships and New Business, you’ll be their go-to partner for bridging.
* Spot new business opportunities and convert them into completed deals with speed and efficiency.
* Manage a Bridging Loan Origination target with full backing from an expert in-house team.
* Promote the specialist lender’s bridging proposition and become the first call for complex, time-sensitive bridging finance cases.
