We’re looking for a dedicated and visionary Registered Manager to lead an established 3-bed EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties) home in Hatfield.

Your Role as Registered Manager: You’ll be at the heart of the home — leading with integrity, compassion, and purpose.
Your mission will be to:
Deliver exceptional, child-centred, therapeutic care
Build a motivated, high-performing team
Ensure the home runs smoothly and safely — from care planning to compliance
Champion a culture of respect, empowerment, and aspiration
Mentor staff through qualifications and professional growth
Manage budgets, performance, and continuous service improvementWhat You’ll Bring:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior role within children’s residential care
Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People’s Workforce
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children and Young People) – achieved or in progress
In-depth knowledge of:
The Children Act 1989
Children’s Home Regulations
Safeguarding best practices
Strong financial and operational management skills
A genuine passion for transforming young lives
