The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client development to candidate placement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Identify and secure new business opportunities
* Work closely with existing clients to understand their staffing needs
* Source, screen and interview candidates
* Match suitable candidates with appropriate vacancies
* Negotiate terms of business and placement fees
Requirements
* Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within industrial or commercial sectors
* Strong sales and business development skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Well-organized with excellent time management skills
