Key Responsibilities
Client Support
Act as the main point of contact for clients relocating to Surrey.
Understand each clients housing, lifestyle, and location preferences.
Provide tailored relocation guidance and support.
Property Search Assistance
Identify suitable rental or purchase properties.
Arrange and accompany clients on property viewings.
Liaise with letting agents, estate agents, and landlords.
Area Orientation
Provide local insights on neighbourhoods, schools, transport, and amenities.
Conduct orientation tours of towns and communities
Settling-In Services
Assist with practical relocation needs such as:
Utility setup
Local registrations
School information
Banking or GP registration guidance
