Essential Criteria
* Diploma, Degree, Masters or equivalent in IT or a business-related discipline.
* Minimum of 6+ years experience managing enterprise portfolios, programmes, or transformation in a complex organisation.
* Programme/Project management certification such as MSP, Major Programme Management, Agile delivery or similar qualification.
* Ability to operate at senior stakeholder / executive level.
* Driving Licence and access to a car, or the ability to meet any travel requirements of the role.
* Experience of supporting regulatory / price control / capital investment programmes would be desirable.
