Job Description
We offer a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized Client Services Manager to join our creative team in Brighton—working 2 days in our Brighton-based studio in North Laine and 3 days WFH.
This role requires a versatile skill set, crossing various areas of our business. Working closely with the managing director, your main focus will be overseeing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will also lead our new business growth efforts, including trips to the US (NYC and LA) for client meetings.
Additionally, you will project manage some of the projects you bring in, taking ownership of key projects and client relationships.
This role is dynamic and varied, making every day different.
Experience in marketing and social media is a plus.

Requirements include:
* 3+ years of client-facing agency experience, including new business development
* Maintaining client relationships
* Project management
* Developing new client leads
* Experience in cold lead generation
* Database creation and updates
* Social media promotions
* Creating PR interest
* Creating project details and timelines
* Collaborating with creative and accounts teams
Familiarity with relevant software is a plus.
