We are currently looking for SEND Teaching Assistants in the Hemel Hempstead area for a SEND school. This is a full-time position, with working hours from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, and candidates must be available to start immediately. Previous experience working with children in the UK is essential, and SEND experience is highly desirable.
If your registration is successful, you will participate in a 2-week paid trial period. This is a temp-to-perm role, contingent on a successful trial.
The Role:
* Provide 1:1 support to SEND students or assist in small groups as a SEND Teaching Assistant.
* Work closely with teachers to create a supportive and engaging environment for each student.
* Ensure that all students receive the necessary support, both inside the classroom and throughout the school.
* Support the overall development of SEND students.
* Collaborate with other SEND Teaching Assistants to provide the best possible learning experience for students.

Requirements:
