The Role We're looking for a driven Project Manager to take ownership of challenging civils and energy projects across the [region/company portfolio]. You'll oversee all aspects of project delivery – from pre-construction through to handover – ensuring programmes, budgets, safety, and quality targets are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage project teams, subcontractors, and client relationships.
Plan, monitor, and deliver projects in line with contract and commercial targets.
Ensure HSEQ compliance and champion a culture of safety and accountability.
Report progress, manage risk, and drive problem-solving at site and office level.
Oversee procurement, resource allocation, and cost control.
About You Experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in civil engineering, utilities, or energy infrastructure .
Strong technical understanding of groundworks, concrete, earthworks, or multi-utility projects.
Excellent leadership and communication skills – able to motivate teams and manage client expectations.
Relevant qualifications (Degree / HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent).
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification preferred.
